Students who wish to transfer to four-year institutions may choose the Liberal Arts Associate of Arts Degree with a Liberal Studies concentration. This degree provides students with both a broad introduction to the liberal arts and a specific focus within the liberal arts. In the General Education and Liberal Education Core Courses, students may complete classes in the natural sciences, humanities, social and behavioral sciences, the arts, mathematics, religion and philosophy. Beyond the required Liberal Education Core courses, students choose a concentration so that the degree is designed to fit individual transfer needs.
