The program will develop your technical skills, general knowledge, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. The broad-based technical skills and critical thinking processes you acquire will help you adapt to a changing work environment and prepare you to advance.

You may choose from specialty areas that emphasize environmental health and safety, fire science, hazardous materials or public administration. A two-year program leads to an associate of applied science degree. We also offer technical certificates and career development certificates.

The availability of AAS specialties and technical certificates varies from campus to campus. For more information, contact your nearest Ivy Tech campus.
