Refund Policy & Withdrawal Deadlines Students are required to complete a Change of Enrollment Form and submit this form to Student Affairs for processing in order to make any adjustment to their class schedule. An adjustment to the class schedule means: adding a class, dropping a class, changing the meeting day/time of a class, or withdrawing from a class. Failure to follow the proper procedures may result in a failing grade, no course credit or the loss of a tuition award.

No Show Drop
Instructors may authorize the Registrar to drop a student from any course in which the student did not attend during the first two weeks of the semester and did not notify the instructor of his/her intention to attend. If dropped from a class for non-attendance, the student's enrollment status for the semester will be adjusted for the reduction in credit hours. Non-attendance does not automatically cancel a course registration; to ensure a correct enrollment status and tuition assessment, students are responsible for dropping or withdrawing from courses during the appropriate time period.

Refund Policy
Students choosing to drop or withdraw from a course must process the Change of Enrollment Form. The College will refund fees according to the date the form is received in the Student Affairs Office during regular business hours, (check office schedules for evening and Saturday availability).
