Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is now taking registrations for continuing education classes. Enroll in the state mandated "ServSafe® Certification" food safety training class held Mondays, December 4, 2006 and December 11, 2006, from 8:00am-5:00 pm. ServSafe® is recognized by more federal, state and local health jurisdictions than any other food safety training program in the United States. You can register now for certification or re-certification training. The class will be held at the Ivy Tech Valparaiso campus, located at 2401 Valley Drive in Valparaiso, Indiana. The cost is $145, which includes the textbook, test booklet, and answer sheet. The cost to take the re-certification exam only, is $65. Call Julie at (219) 981-4402 to register.
