Michigan City- Ivy Tech Community College of Indiana is now taking registrations for continuing education classes. Enroll in the state mandated "ServSafe® Certification" food safety training class held Mondays, February 19, 2007 and February 26, 2007, from 7:45 am-5:00 pm. ServSafe® is recognized by more federal, state and local health jurisdictions than any other food safety training program in United States. You can register for certification or re-certification training. The class will be held at the Ivy Tech Gary campus, located at 1440 E. 35th Avenue.
