Ivy Tech Offers Food Safety Training Class
Ivy Tech Community College Northwest is now registering for the state mandated ServSafe certification/re-certification food safety training class at the Gary Campus, 1440 E. 35th Avenue.
The certification class will be offered Monday, May 12, 2008, and Monday, May 19, 2008 at 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The cost is $145, which includes textbook, test booklet, and answer sheet.
ServSafe is recognized by more federal, state and local health jurisdictions than any other food safety training program in the United States.
